You also have an option of being a part-time or a full-time model.

How does an agency function?

Agency keeps track of all the major casting happening in the industry and sends its models to most appropriate casting. Appropriate casting for a model is one where they fit-the-bill i.e. where the requirement is exactly of his/her looks, skills and abilities. 

We start with meeting you and having a friendly discussion with you about the possible future as a model with us; we understand your needs and evaluate your abilities. We then shortlist you for all the assignments which suits your needs and abilities. We inform you about those Castings/Auditions and give you all the details like the production company, the product (in case of a TV commercial), what kind of character is required, the exact location of casting/auditions, dress-code for auditions and timings for you to appear for the audition (remember, you need to turn up on time).

Why does Agency need you?

We earn a % of total remuneration that a model gets for all the assignments you do through the agency. 

Why do you pay Registration and Artiste Manangment Charges upfront?

Any business needs investments and nothing comes for free. instead of schmoozing you, we are very clear that if we are spending our resources, we need to be paid for the same. hence, if you want quality, pay for it.

Why does Agency need freshers?

Being fresher in this field means you are �Fresh�. With so many films being made, new products being launched and new satellite channels coming, there is an ever increasing demand for new and fresh looking talents. In our daily casting processes we are asked by our clients to search new faces for their products or films or serials. That is the reason why we need new people whom we can professionally represent as models/actors. 

How to appear for Casting/Auditions?

When agency calls you to inform you about any casting that means you fit the bill for that casting. 

First and foremost thing is to note down all the details like the character requirement, dress code for casting, location, timing and contact persons name.

Always go in the exact dress code that was mentioned to you. Turning up on time is the most important thing. If due to any reason you can't make it on time, always inform the agency so that they can in turn inform the production people.

Be professional with the production people, have a positive attitude and greet everyone concerned at the casting. Listen to what they have to say and prepare the script, if any. You can take your time to prepare the script but taking too long is not advised. 

Do not take friends along for the casting (in case of kids, parents can go inside the casting room). Try to create your network by chit chatting with colleagues at the casting but do not talk loudly.

Always start your audition with your brief introduction (your name, contact numbers, your height, your passion and experience, if any). Our agencies casting director will always be preset at the casting to guide you through the casting process. 

Can I join other Agencies?

Yes you can. We do not have an exclusive contract with you; hence you are free to join other Agencies. Other professional agencies may also charge a processing or a technical fee. 

When do I get a feedback after an audition?

The selected talents are informed within 7 to 15 days of the audition.

Does H. R. give any guarantee or assurance of assignments?

No. Casting and Talent agency represent talents, using its best endeavors, through Picture Profiles, Website, Emailers, Casting book, etc. but can not guarantee a selection for any assignment. Selections are done by the Production Houses / Ad Agencies or Brands and depends on multiple factors like looks, talent, match with the character required etd. Hence no genuine Talent / Casting agency will ever give assurances or guarantees for any assignment.
